TowAlign respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how the TowAlign – Caravan & Trailer Alignment application (“TowAlign”, “the App”, “we”, “our” or “us”) handles information when you use the TowAlign mobile application and website.

TowAlign is designed to perform caravan and trailer wheel alignment measurements directly on your device.

The App may access motion and sensor information from your iPhone, including data from sensors such as the accelerometer and gyroscope, in order to perform wheel alignment measurements.

This sensor information is used to provide the App's measurement functionality.

TowAlign does not require you to create an account to perform an alignment check.

TowAlign may allow you to enter information about a caravan or trailer and save wheel alignment results, including measurements such as:

• Wheel toe 
• Camber 
• Axle configuration 
• Caravan or trailer name 
• Date and time of the alignment check 

Saved alignment information is used to provide features such as measurement history and alignment reports.

Where this information is stored locally on your device, it remains under your control.

TowAlign uses motion sensor information from your device to calculate wheel alignment measurements.

This may include information generated by the iPhone's accelerometer, gyroscope and related motion-sensing systems.

Sensor information is used for measurement purposes and is not intended to identify you personally.

TowAlign can generate alignment reports containing measurements recorded through the App.

If you choose to share or export a report, you control where that report is sent.

For example, you may choose to share a report using services available through the iOS share sheet, such as Messages, Mail or other installed applications.

TowAlign is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use when sharing a report.

TowAlign does not require personal information such as your name, home address or phone number to perform wheel alignment measurements.

If you contact us directly, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message.

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide support.

If TowAlign is purchased through the Apple App Store or offers purchases within the App, payment transactions are processed by Apple.

TowAlign does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Apple's handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

TowAlign may use services provided by Apple that are necessary for distributing and operating the App.

If we introduce additional analytics, crash reporting, advertising or other third-party services that collect user information, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not rent your personal information to third parties.

Information may only be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate TowAlign, comply with applicable law, protect our legal rights, or where you have chosen to share information yourself.

We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with TowAlign.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any alignment reports you choose to export or share.

TowAlign is designed as a utility for caravan and trailer wheel alignment and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy as TowAlign develops or if legal, technical or operational requirements change.
